Biography

Irvin Pascal is a chartered Accountant who qualified in the United Kingdom, then spent 27 years in South Africa working as a finance director in the JSE and corporate entities eventually becoming a farmer and then returning to commonwealth of Dominica to start "Dads pepper project" that aims to create a range of peper sauces that celebrate the wide range of unique natural flavours produced in Commonwealth of Dominica the aim is to sell these products to discerning markets accross the world
