Irvin Pascal is a chartered Accountant who qualified in the United Kingdom, then spent 27 years in South Africa working as a finance director in JSE and corporate entities, eventually becoming a farmer and then returning to the Commonwealth of Dominica to start "Dads Pepper Project". This project aims to create a range of pepper sauces that celebrate the wide range of unique natural flavours produced in the Commonwealth of Dominica, with the aim to sell these products to discerning markets across the world. Irvin Has an Interest in Avdyne Aero Services South Africa as well as partnership with Avdyne Aeroservices Inc, whom have global ambitions.
