Beyond the emergency room, I am a proprietor of Medaid driven by a deep desire to help nurses rise beyond the ordinary, to become bold, clinically confident, and unapologetically excellent Through creativity and innovation, I design practical tools that support Gen Z and millennial nurses on their professional journeys, tools that turn theory into action and help them apply their knowledge in real-world situations. I guide nurses in finding pride in doing the right thing, joy in delivering excellent care, and ability to grow and earn from what they know which ultimately earns them value and credibility they truly deserve.
