Currently serving as a National Operations Manager in Retail, responsibility lies in driving strategic growth, managing multi-location retail operations, and enhancing customer engagement. My expertise lies in streamlining processes, team leadership, and delivering exceptional brand performance in competitive markets. With a passion for efficiency, brand growth, and professional excellence, It is my goal to continue to make a significant impact by applying my multifaceted training and career paths into assisting amateurs, pre and professionals in the dance world.
