What makes the moon change its shape? And how do rockets zoom so fast? Lumina’s biggest dream is to understand the science behind everything. One day, a friendly comet named Comet Hopper whizzes by, noticing Lumina’s curious glow. Comet Hopper offers to take Lumina on an incredible journey across the cosmos to find answers, promising a universe of discoveries. Their adventure begins with a visit to a wise old nebula who explains the birth of stars through gentle cosmic dust clouds, illustrated in swirling, soft colors perfect for a flat vector style. Next, they travel to the moon, where they learn about gravity and craters, seeing the moon’s phases explained as a fun, repeating pattern. Lumina even gets to peek inside a dazzling, colorful rocket ship, learning how fuel and air work together to create a powerful push.
