The Erased Kingdom

Synopsis

In a world where maps hold the ultimate power, the Kingdom of Eldoria faces a chilling reality: any place erased from the royal cartography ceases to exist, eventually fading from collective memory. Kael, a gifted young mapmaker, stumbles upon a hidden, forbidden city—a place that shouldn't exist. To his shock, his supposedly deceased sister, Lyra, resides within its walls. The true horror unfolds when Kael discovers his own signature on the very map that erased this city. This revelation plunges him into a dangerous quest to uncover the truth behind Eldoria's magical cartography and the reason for his sister's disappearance. As Kael delves deeper, he uncovers a conspiracy that stretches to the highest echelons of the kingdom. He learns that the city's erasure may have been a desperate measure to conceal a terrifying secret lurking beneath its foundations. With the threat of being forgotten himself looming, Kael must race against time to unravel the mystery, protect his sister, and decide whether some truths are better left buried, even if it means sacrificing the very kingdom he calls home. This tale explores themes of memory, sacrifice, and the true cost of power, perfect for readers aged 13 and up.
