Synopsis

Retired librarian Lily Carter thought she’d left the world of amateur sleuthing behind after the chilling events at the winter retreat. Seeking a more peaceful pursuit, she decides to embrace the sweet side of life by entering Havenwood’s annual Winter Pie Bake-Off, armed with her late Aunt Ruth’s legendary lemon cream pie recipe. The town square, transformed into a festive winter wonderland, buzzes with the sweet scent of competition, but the air soon turns frosty when a notoriously ruthless pie judge collapses mid-bite after sampling a slice. Suddenly, Lily finds herself caught in another dangerous game, this time with powdered sugar on her apron and a pie server in her purse. With the investigation focusing on the pie made with her aunt’s recipe, Lily must clear her name and protect her family’s legacy.
