Captain Crinkle and the Soggy Biscuit

Synopsis

In the whimsical, sky-high port city of Bubblehook, three bright students stumble upon a secret that awakens a legend: Captain Crinkle! This isn't your average superhero; he's a retired cafeteria worker with an enormous cape made of paper, a sky-high confidence, and spectacularly terrible plans that somehow always work. Join Captain Crinkle and his unlikely young companions aboard a ramshackle lunch-barge, The Soggy Biscuit, as they embark on a daring quest for the Map of Misplaced Things. This mythical map is rumoured to lead to an island where every lost item, and a significant secret, can be found. Their crew is a motley bunch: Mina Quill, a whizz with gadgets made from school supplies; Tuck Tumble, a fearless acrobat with an insatiable appetite; and Pip, a tiny mechanical gull with a flair for the dramatic. Together, they'll navigate hilarious arguments, clever teamwork, and the warmth of true friendship. Their adventure kicks off with a chaotic chase through a storm of runaway balloons, all while trying to outsmart the pompous treasure hunter, Admiral Grumblefin, and his fleet of gaudy boats. The chapter ends with a surprising discovery: their precious map is printed on the back of a cafeteria menu, and the next clue lies hidden within a suspicious-looking dessert! Get ready for a colourful, fast-paced comic adventure packed with silly humour, exciting escapades, and characters you'll love.
