Synopsis

Aspen Young's life is filled with silence and isolation. At just 15, she carries the weight of a troubled home, her mother's alcoholism, and a deep loneliness no one knows about. Struggling with an eating disorder and battling depression, Aspen has never felt seen or heard... until she meets Miss Eliana Red. Miss Red, her new teacher, is everything Aspen isn't, confident, powerful, and seemingly perfect.
