Biography

Dr. Yousif Amin AL AMEEN holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics Engineering and two Post-graduate degrees in Telecommunication and Software Systems from England. In 2025, he gained his PhD. by Research in Project Management from The Atlantic International University (AIU), USA. He is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) since 2008 by the Project Management Institute (PMI), USA and a certified CPO and CPP, since 2018 from The Centre of Project Innovation (CPI), USA. He started his career with the Bahrain Airport Authority (CAA) as Radar Engineer and then with Bahrain Telecoms as The Broadband Network Manager and was responsible for the Gulf fiber optic equipment project. In 2016, he joined the Ministry of Works as Head of Career Development and also, managed projects related to the Ministry’s strategy for sharing projects knowledge as Head of Knowledge Management
