Dr. Amat Taap Manshor is the Principal Consultant and CEO of AJM International Academy, a leadership development and coaching firm. With over 25 years of experience in corporate leadership and academia, Dr. Amat has held prominent roles, including CEO of SMRT Holdings Berhad and Finance Accreditation Agency, as well as Senior Director at the Asian Institute of Finance. He has trained and mentored over 5,000 leaders across industries through impactful programs like Lead with Confidence and Lead Like a CEO.
