Biography

Cesar is an entrepreneur. He started his career in 1996 after graduating in Production Engineering at the University of Sao Paulo, Brazil. He started out in the IT field and than migrated to logistics and Supply Chain. After several years working as a key member of the management teams for multinationals, he started investing in the restaurant business.
