Brandon Malbrough aka Mr. Blaze grew up in Rayne, Louisiana, with a deep passion for the music industry. From lip-synching performances in elementary school to signing a record deal in high school, his journey has always revolved around music. After studying Music Business Foundations at Berklee College of Music, he opened a recording studio in 2004, mastering production, engineering, video marketing, and artist development. For nearly two decades, Brandon has helped independent artists launch their own record labels. As the music industry evolves with AI-driven technology, he continues to explore new frontiers in music creation. In 2016, he published *How to Break Your Record*, a guide for independent artists to promote and distribute their music without being signed to a record label.
